Generally, no. We offer $25 in account credit for all new accounts so users may try our service with little to no risk. However, in some circumstances (such as a failure on our part), we may provide account credit or refunds.
Refunds will always be offered in regions where they are required by law. All refunds will be processed using the original payment method the funds were sourced from.
